How long does a Challenge audition take to ship?

Five business days to most US addresses. Worldwide tracked shipping is available; we will quote it before checkout.

Can I audition more than one model?

Yes — for the Headphones tier, write to us and we will arrange a paired audition.

What does a Phoenix or Scala session look like?

A short qualifying call, a room conversation, and an in-person or remote fitting. The audition is the system in your room, with your music.
